6.3 Upfront Payments and Refunds

For web development and content creation services, including blog writing and social media management, we require a 50% non-refundable upfront payment before starting the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. This policy ensures commitment from both parties and covers the initial costs incurred by Dotcom Craft.

Refund Policy:

• Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, they are liable for the work completed up to the point of cancellation, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellation by Dotcom Craft: If Dotcom Craft cancels the project for any reason, we will provide a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property rights on our site are owned by or licensed to Dotcom Craft. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7.2 User-Generated Content
