Medicare Insurance Brokers

WordPress Website Management for Medicare Insurance Brokers

Annual Enrollment gives you eight weeks to write most of your year’s business. If your site is slow, your quote form is broken, or your plan-year content is out of date when October 15 arrives, that window closes without you. We make sure it does not.

Why an agent’s website fails at the worst possible time

The problem with a seasonal business is that the site sits untouched for ten months, then has to carry your entire year in eight weeks.

Ten months of skipped updates

Nobody logs in between December and September. By the time AEP arrives there are dozens of pending plugin updates, and applying them all at once is exactly when sites break.

Last year’s plan-year content still live

Carrier names, plan details and disclaimer language change annually. A site still showing prior-year information is both a lead problem and a compliance exposure.

Quote forms that stop delivering

Without proper email authentication, form submissions land in spam. During AEP a single missed week of enquiries is real commission lost.

Traffic spikes the site cannot take

Enrollment season plus a paid campaign can multiply your traffic overnight. Shared hosting that coped in June falls over in October.

Poor accessibility for the actual audience

Your visitors are 64 and older. Small text, low contrast and fiddly mobile forms cost you conversions in a way they would not in other markets.

No record of what changed

If a carrier or regulator asks what your site said and when, most agents cannot answer. Versioned backups turn that into a straightforward question.

What we handle every month

Year-round upkeep so the site is already ready when the selling season starts.

  • Quote and contact forms tested end to end, every month
  • Plan-year content updated on your schedule ahead of October 15
  • Disclaimer and required-language blocks updated as you supply them
  • WordPress core, theme and plugin updates applied on staging first
  • Pre-AEP readiness check: speed, forms, hosting headroom, tracking
  • Landing pages built for individual carriers or campaigns
  • Accessibility improvements aimed at an older audience
  • 24/7 uptime and security monitoring with off-site backups
  • Versioned backups so you can show what the site said and when
  • Email deliverability configured so leads reach your inbox
  • Google Business Profile and local listing consistency
  • A plain-English monthly report of what changed

Questions Medicare agents ask us

Do you know Medicare marketing compliance rules?

We will be straight with you: we are a website maintenance company, not a compliance consultancy, and we are not going to tell you what your site is allowed to say. CMS marketing rules and your carrier agreements govern that, and getting it wrong affects your contracts, not just your traffic.

What we do is execute reliably. You or your FMO supply the approved language, disclaimers and plan-year content, and we implement it accurately, on time, and keep a versioned record of every change so you can show exactly what was published and when. Several agents tell us that audit trail is the part they value most.

Can you get my site ready before October 15?

That is the most common reason agents come to us. The $199 Pre-Enrollment Website Fix is built for it: audit, clear the update backlog, test forms, tune speed and confirm your hosting can handle a traffic spike. Typical completion is five to seven business days, so there is time if you start now.

What happens if my site goes down during AEP?

Uptime monitoring runs around the clock on every plan, so an outage alerts us immediately rather than whenever you happen to check. Off-site backups mean we can restore quickly. During enrollment season that is the difference between minutes of downtime and days.

I only really need this a few months a year. Is a monthly plan worth it?

Honest answer: if you genuinely only want work done in Q4, take the $199 fix each September instead. A monthly plan makes sense when you want the site maintained year-round so nothing has piled up, when you are publishing content to build organic traffic before the season, or when you want the security monitoring running continuously. Plenty of agents start with the one-time fix and move to a plan the following year.

Can you build landing pages for individual carriers?

Yes, on Growth Care and above. You provide the approved copy and disclaimers, we build, publish and track the pages. This is common for agents running paid campaigns during enrollment.

Do you work with agencies that have downline agents?

Yes. If you are running several agent sites or a template rolled out across a downline, that is usually Elite Care or a custom quote. Get in touch with the number of sites and we will price it properly rather than guess.
